Refund and Return Policy

At Viva Mode, we offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. A proof of purchase (invoice or confirmation email) is required.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@viva-mode.uk.
Any item returned without prior return approval will not be accepted.

  1. Contact our customer service to request a return.
  2. Once your request is approved, we will confirm the return address.
  3. Ship the parcel via a tracked courier service and provide us with the tracking number. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds

In case of a return (if applicable), the seller will refund all payments received from the customer, excluding shipping costs, without undue delay and no later than 10 business days after receiving the returned package.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email confirming its receipt. We will also notify you whether your return has been approved or declined.

The refund will be processed via the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed with the customer. No additional fees will be charged for the refund.

Claims – Defective Products

If an item purchased from us turns out to be defective, you have the right to file a claim.

You may request:

  • replacement with a non-defective item
  • Repair of the defect
  • price reduction

You can submit a claim within one year of discovering the defect, provided that the claim period does not exceed the product's warranty duration.

Your claim will be processed within 14 days from the date we receive your complaint.
